Following a beautiful renovation, the Bourse – Beurs monument, which was once a Stock Exchange institution, now provides a mix of venues and in-house catering for all types of corporate events.  

Situated at 80 Boulevard Anspach (Anspachlaan), 1000 Brussels, the Bourse – Beurs is located on a pedestrian zone right next to the Grand Place. There are many car parks available nearby within 2 minutes’ walk as well as metro stations, bus stops and the Central train station within a few minutes’ walk. 

The lifts and access for persons with reduced mobility is via Rue du Midi, opposite St Nicholas Church. 

Central Grand Hall

The Central Grand Hall is suitable for a wide range of public gatherings and prestigious private events.  

This venue is particularly well suited for public activities and semi-private celebrations (from 10 am until 10pm).

Salon Grand Hall

The Salon Grand Hall is a 116 m² venue on the first floor, next to the Central Grand Hall. The room has a beautiful high ceiling (5m65 height) and granite floor. 

This venue is particularly well suited for press conferences, networking events, celebrations and for drinks receptions. 

Booking terms: 
Full day (from 1100 EUR) or half-day (from 600EUR) booking between 9am and 10pm. Mandatory host/hostess and set-up costs when catering is requested in the room. 

Prestige Room

The Prestige Room is a 63m² room on the first floor, next to the Salon Grand Hall and the main entrance. The room has beautiful parquet floor and comes with a vestibule and a small kitchenette. 

This venue is particularly well suited for work meetings, brainstorming sessions or workshops. 

Booking terms: 
Full day (from 800 EUR) or half-day (from 450 EUR) booking between 9am and 10pm. Mandatory host/hostess and set-up costs when catering is requested in the room. 


Room Classic

The Classic Room is a 126m² room on the ground floor, with its own entrance on Rue Henri Maus (Henri Maus straat). The room has a lower ceiling (2m40 height) and concrete floor.

This venue is particularly well suited for work meetings, seminars, general assembly presentations or workshops. 

Booking terms: 
Full day (from 900 EUR) or half-day (from 500 EUR) booking between 9am and 10pm. Mandatory host/hostess and set-up costs when catering is requested in the room. 


The Brasserie

Situated on the first floor inside the Bourse, The Brasserie is only a minute’ walk from the Grand Place. With its golden lining the high ceilings, herringbone parquet floors and wide patinated brass banquettes, the atmosphere of our restaurant is both elegant and typically Belgian. 

This venue is particularly well suited for business celebrations, group tours, and receptions. 

Booking terms: 
Free reservation for groups under 40 people only up to 4 weeks in advance. Groups until 15 persons should book directly via https://thebrasserie.be 

We accept requests for set menus (2-4 services) and for walking dinners if confirmed at least 10 business days in advance (including the final number of guests and meal choices which must be confirmed at least 10 business days in advance). 

A menu 3 services is around 64€ per person with several drinks included (indicative prices: starter= 14€ ; main= 26€ and dessert= 8€). 

 Groups up to 40 people can reserve for free up to 4 weeks in advance and will be seated in the Bar room area (near the entrance of the Brasserie). 

Groups between 40 and 60 people will be seated in the main trade room of the Brasserie (see pictures) which will be reserved just for their group and other customers will be seated in bar room. The semi-exclusivity of the Brasserie costs 550€ . 

Full privatization is for groups between 60 and 100 seated (from 1250 EUR) or between 75 and 140 standing (1750 EUR). 

Mandatory host/hostess costs for all events over 40 people.  

    




The BeerLab

The BeerLab is our sky bar on the top floor of the Bourse – Beurs. With its spacious indoor space bordered by all glass walls and a large terrace, it offers an unrivalled view of the city centre. 

This venue is suited for private or semi-private standing receptions, apero-drinks, business celebrations and group tours. 

Booking terms: 

Private events are only possible outside of the opening hours of the Belgian Beer World so between 8.30-10am or after 8pm or more flexibilities on Mondays). 

We now only accept requests for events taking place between Monday to Thursday for groups between 60 and 220 people at least 10 business days in advance (including the final number of guests and quantities of catering orders).

We propose open-bar packages (from 1 to 4 hours long) and apéro food or walking dinners for a minimum of 120 people. 

Free reservation for groups under 60 people is no longer possible.

Semi-exclusivity booking is for groups between 60 and 119 people (minimum 12EUR per person). 

Full privatization booking (from 3000 EUR) is for up to 220 people and minimum catering orders for 120 people.  

Mandatory host/hostess costs for all events. 

  


The Café


The Café of the Bourse – Beurs is opposite the Salon Grand Hall and next to the reception of the Belgian Beer World. Groups between 25 and 40 people can book orders for beverages and/or breakfast, lunch, dinner. 

This venue is particularly well suited for food and beverages before/after group visits of the Belgian Beer World; providing meals and drinks vouchers for your guests or artists performing in the Central Grand Hall; and many other casual events. 

Booking terms: 

Free reservation for groups under 25 people only up to 2 weeks in advance via thecafe@boursebeurs.be  

We accept event requests for groups between 25 and 75 people at least 10 days in advance. The number of guests and meal choices must be confirmed at least 7 business days in advance. We propose food and beverages packages for breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner. 

Semi-exclusivity booking for groups between 25 and 40 people (from minimum 6 EUR per person). 

Mandatory host/hostess costs for events. 

 



You can include a visit of the Belgian Beer World to your event.

For a regular visit, different group categories of tickets to the Belgian Beer World can be purchased directly on this link here 

However, if you need to add the BBW group tickets to your event’s invoice, this will generally be included at the price of € 15,30 per person. If this is of interest, please specify in your booking form how many tickets and at what time you would like to start the visit. On average, a visit lasts around 1h30 and includes a complimentary degustation glass at the BeerLab. 

It is possible for large groups to request a private visit outside of regular opening hours, a guided tour or a teambuilding activity (in English, Dutch or French), please let us know this is of interest in the booking form to receive more information.
